About Us

Healing doesn't happen in isolation.

It happens in relationship—with ourselves, with our bodies, with people we trust, and with communities where we feel safe enough to grow.

At Somatic Collaborative, we believe that every person has an innate capacity for healing. Sometimes life leaves us disconnected from ourselves. We adapt, protect, tighten, numb, strive, or withdraw in ways that once helped us survive. Our work isn't about fixing what is broken. It's about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always been there, waiting to be rediscovered.

Our foundation is trauma-informed, body-centered psychotherapy. We are deeply influenced by attachment theory, neuroscience, the wisdom of the nervous system, and the understanding that healing is not only a cognitive process—it is also something we experience through our bodies, our relationships, and our lived experience.

As we've grown, so has our vision.

From the beginning, we dreamed of creating more than a therapy practice. We imagined a professional home where exceptional, trauma-informed practitioners from complementary disciplines could work alongside one another, learn from one another, and inspire one another. A place where newer somatic practitioners could be supported as they develop their craft, where experienced practitioners continue to grow, and where clients can access thoughtful care through multiple pathways.

That vision is beginning to take shape.

Today, Somatic Collaborative includes psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, bodywork, and somatic practice, with hopes of continuing to grow thoughtfully over time. We believe that different approaches can complement one another beautifully. Sometimes therapy is the right fit. Sometimes bodywork offers a new doorway. Sometimes the greatest healing happens when multiple approaches work together.

We're intentional about every practitioner who joins our community. More than credentials alone, we value humility, curiosity, compassion, trauma-informed training, and a genuine commitment to lifelong learning. We believe that when practitioners feel supported, connected, and inspired, they are better able to care for the people they serve.

Healing extends beyond the therapy room. It lives in community, movement, meaningful relationships, nature, creativity, laughter, rest, and the everyday moments that remind us we are alive. We hope Somatic Collaborative becomes a place where both clients and practitioners experience a greater sense of connection, belonging, and possibility.

We're grateful you're here.
