The work of becoming a therapist is about more than accumulating hours. It's also about developing clinical judgment, learning to navigate complexity, and finding your footing in the room with clients.

​

At Somatic Collaborative, we're opening our in-house group supervision to associate clinicians in the wider community. These gatherings offer a space to bring questions from your clinical work, learn from other therapists, and deepen your understanding of the therapeutic process in a supportive, collaborative setting.

​

We believe that becoming a thoughtful clinician happens not only through formal training and supervision, but also through the opportunity to think together, stay curious, and learn from one another.

What we'll explore

 

Sessions will center on the real questions that arise in clinical practice. Depending on what participants bring, we may explore case conceptualization, therapeutic relationship dynamics, clinical stuck points, and the ways our own responses can inform our work. Our approach values curiosity, reflection, and a willingness to sit with complexity. We hope to create a space where associates can ask questions, take risks in their thinking, and grow in confidence alongside fellow clinicians.

Your supervisors

 

Jordan Berger & Kelly Caniglia work together to host this supervision group. Jordan is the supervisor for Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associates (LCSWAs). Kelly is the supervisor for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associates (LCMHCAs).

• Duration: 60 minutes

• Cost: $60 per session

• Registration: You can register for individual sessions; ongoing participation is welcome.
