Group KAP: Transitions
A group ketamine-assisted psychotherapy experience for times of change, ending, beginning, and becoming.
There are seasons in life when something is shifting.
A relationship changes or ends. A child leaves home. A career no longer fits. A familiar identity begins to loosen. Someone we love dies. We become someone we didn't quite expect to become. Sometimes we are grieving what is gone; sometimes we are making room for what is coming. And sometimes we simply know that the way we've been living no longer feels like the way forward.

Transitions ask something of us.

This fall and winter, Somatic Collaborative is teaming up to begin a group KAP offering centered around the many ways we move through change.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can create a different kind of space for meeting ourselves—one in which familiar patterns may soften, new perspectives can emerge, and we can experience ourselves and our lives from somewhere other than the place we have been standing.

Doing this work in community adds another dimension. There can be something powerful about moving through a threshold alongside other people: being witnessed without needing to explain everything, discovering that our particular experience is also part of something deeply human, and having space to both turn inward and remain connected.

This series is for people navigating loss, change, emergence, endings, beginnings, and the uncertain territory in between. The transition might be recent or something you've been moving through for years. It might involve a relationship, family, work, identity, aging, grief, purpose, or simply a sense that something in your life is ready to change.

You do not need to have prior experience with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to participate. In fact, a group setting may be an especially accessible way to begin exploring KAP.

A series, rather than a single session
We are imagining a small, intimate cohort that will meet across the fall and winter, with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy woven into a broader process of preparation, experience, reflection, integration, and community.

The exact shape of the series is still taking form—including the number and frequency of sessions, timing, and group size. We want to build something that is clinically thoughtful, relationally held, and workable for the people who are actually drawn to participate.
Your response to the interest form will help us shape the offering.

Our intention is to keep the group small enough to feel genuinely held while making group KAP more accessible than individual KAP work.

Interested?
We are currently gathering interest from people who would like to explore participating.
This is not a commitment to participate. It is a way for us to learn who is interested, what kinds of schedules might work, and what people are hoping for from a group KAP experience so that we can shape the series thoughtfully.

If this speaks to something you're moving through—or if you've been curious about KAP and have been waiting for a group offering—we'd love to hear from you.

We'll be in touch as the shape of the group, schedule, cost, and next steps become clearer.
