Individual Psychotherapy

Embarking on the journey of individual somatic therapy for any purpose (trauma resolution, sex therapy, addictions therapy, couples work, etc.) is an opportunity to engage in a deeply personalized and transformative healing process.

At our practice, each clinician integrates their own combination of a range of cutting-edge modalities, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), NARM, Brainspotting, Embodied Recovery, DBT, somatic touch work, and others, to guide you through your unique path of recovery.

Through these approaches, you'll gently explore the layers of your experiences, fostering a profound connection between mind and body. Our skilled therapists create a safe and compassionate space where you can gradually unravel the knots of your past, release stored tension, and cultivate resilience.

As you navigate your healing journey, you'll find empowerment in discovering new insights, redefining your narrative, embracing agency, and finding well-being. With our guidance and the synergy of these therapeutic methods, you'll find the tools to reclaim your life and step into a future marked by strength, balance, and renewed vitality.

Our practice is able to accept all Aetna (including State Health Plan) and BCBS (including BlueHome) plans. Every therapist has their own out-of-pocket rate.
