Still Becoming
An experiential women’s group for women 55+
Somatic Collaborative is beginning to shape a small, experiential group for women in their mid-50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond.
This gathering will offer space to slow down, get curious, and explore what may be asking for more room at this point in life.
Perhaps it’s play.
Connection.
Creativity.
Intimacy.
Adventure.
Being seen.
Taking up space.
Rest.
Desire.
A voice that has been quiet for a long time.
Or simply a deeper sense of aliveness.

Rather than a class about how to navigate aging—or a group focused on fixing what’s wrong—this will be an experiential and relational space for women to explore what is possible when there is room to be curious, embodied, witnessed, and real with one another.

There may be conversation, movement, creativity, music, play, reflection, and other somatic experiences. The shape of the group will be informed in part by the women who are drawn to it.

A new group, shaped by what is alive now

Somatic Collaborative offered a women’s group in 2025 that became a rich exploration of belonging, authenticity, vulnerability, play, creativity, connection, and the parts of ourselves that can become tucked away over the years.

This next gathering will not be a repeat. It will be an opportunity to listen for what women are wanting now.
What are you hungry for?
What feels alive at the edge of your life?
What have you been wanting more room for?
What might become possible in the company of other women?
Details are still taking shape

The group is currently envisioned as a small gathering meeting on Thursday afternoons, sometime between November and March. Exact dates, timing, number of sessions, and format are still being determined.
If this possibility speaks to you, please take a few minutes to complete the form below. The questions are an invitation to share what feels alive, wanted, missing, interesting, or perhaps just beneath the surface for you right now.

You do not need to know whether you would ultimately participate. The responses will help shape the offering and ensure that what emerges is responsive to the women it is intended to serve.
